Sahana is a wonderful cook. Her laid back approach in the kitchen makes Sattvic cooking easy and fun to learn. Sahana makes sure to incorporate and/or recommend ingredients that might be more likely to be found in your home country, as opposed to what’s readily available and in season in India, which makes the recipes more approachable. The intimate group for a session feels more like a few friends getting together to make a meal than a cooking class. I also appreciate that Sahana is an Ashtangi, so she is actively living the Ayurvedic lifestyle, and it shows. I highly recommend Sahana’s cooking classes, deliciously simple Ayurvedic food and bonus that she’s awesome ❤️

Sahana!!! Not Only Ayurveda recipes, but Sattvic for a calm mind!!!
I enjoyed so much her classes, her recipes are amazing, some traditional, other very unexpected for me. Amazing flavors, colors and lots of nutrients. Sahana grew up in a Brahmin family so this kind or foods are in her roots, together with her husband they have a yogi lifestyle on and off the mat, so you will learn so much about the ayurveda & yogi lifestyle no only cooking!
